https://www.fameweekafrica.com/It’s that time of the year again and we are here to deliver some great news! iKasi Creative has once again been nominated as MIP Africa’s CSI partner for this year’s FAME Week event. That’s two years in a row! 

The film, arts, media and entertainment event will be taking place from 3 to 10 September 2023 at the CTICC in Cape Town. The event aims to bring all industry professionals together under one roof, to network and connect. 

This is a well thought out idea specifically aimed at our African creatives, to be able to give them this opportunity so that they may bring their stories, cultures, experiences and talent to the table. The event will host many meetings, networking content sessions as well as screenings. This is especially big for iKasi as this event will highlight our learners who have done some amazing work in the industry. We want all them all to have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, be inspired and to be able to be in the company of great minds and important conversations. 

 FAME Week 2023 will host a variety of events such as the Creative Leaders’ Lunch and the Producers’ Cocktail Party will take place on 5 September, then we have the Women in Entertainment Breakfast taking place on 6 September and lastly, the FAME Film Shorts Festival will take place from 7-9 September. The place will be bustling with so many events. These are some of the big platforms where the iKasi team will be given an opportunity to speak more about what we do and how the public can assist.
